as far as i remember ctp can only issue up to 20% more shares
unless it gets approval from shareholders -that`s me and you,and the rest of us , nobody has contacted me yet ,how about you ?
so the max is 20% of issued shares 920000000 appr=185 million x0.069= 13.5 million
