bingo, do you think the product launch through spacelabs was supplemented with enough support and marketing resources from ucm? it's hard to tell obviously, but to get a real toe hold with a new product in the healthcare market you have to really be spruiking far and wide. i think ucm has gone for a more measured approach following successful deployment and peer reviews, but we need a big push to make this technology ubiqituous in ER and IC.
