Yesterday’s LYC Ann referred to Regulation 7(i) and Order 3 in relation to NUF, so not those - so anyone know which Regulation 9 refers to?
Is it in relation to WLP? Or I guess it could relate to NUF if it’s to do with this - LYC didn’t specify which Regulation # this referred to:
- Lynas does not receive an extension for temporary storage by 31 October 2018, then the amount of NUF temporarily stored at the LAMP will exceed the prescribed limit under the Environmental Quality Regulation (Schedule Waste) 2005.
