Flinders Mines says it has received futher encouragement for diamond exploration following positive samples from its SA and WA projects.
Yesterday, Flinders said results for a sample taken in the Pilbara project in July last year returned a positive result of one microdiamond.
A microdiamond is a diamond that measures less than 0.5mm.
Also, five new microdiamond counts have been found in kimberlite samples from its Eurelia project near Gilbert Hill in SA.
