An interesting link. The developments mentioned may help to account in part for the recent improvement in OGC's share price although the indication that the DENR is supposed to improve the return for the Government does suggest the potential for further delay as a deal is negotiated. Plenty of pieces of paper flowing backward and forwards and not a lot of actual action. Oh well what is time ......... ?
