I could not agree more Zzup28, big players keeping the 1.5 million share @ 36.5 so they can accumulate more at cheaper prices before dividend day.

I sold all my shares a while ago except AJA. We are too close to the 10% yield so we can also expect the share price to start moving up a couple of weeks before dividend day. I cannot think about a better share to buy these days.
