maybe waiting for details on the JV they gave a little headfake about earlier this month(??) we all knew FS was coming and going to be positive... so for the SP to take off would needed to have been super positive/ have something extra positive no one was aware of... essentially this is a "sell on fact" but only 4%... still those big offers onscreen are a little disconcerting... hopefully they are fake but i dunno... im ok to hold long term anyway...
