Partially explainable by the price set for the SPP and also the impacts of dilution
SPP: People can sell at today's price and then take part in the SPP at $0.104 to rebuy more shares for the same total cost. Invariably prices will retreat towards the price of a capital raising. Rational but risky as there is an upper limit of $5m to be raised in the SPP
Also the cornerstone investment will cause a dilution of the capital structure through the issue of 95m shares - meaning that at current Market Cap the price per share will be lower.
