I too believe this is very positive, they would have done there due diligence for sure as I would in investing 10 mil, similarly TNG and board would have done there's, in order not to repeat our previous Asian experience.

SMS are a very big player in India with many connections, I'm looking forward to seeing this massive project unfold in the near future.

I'm sure the down rampers, would not stump up such an amount, good to see some cheap stock come into the market today as it firmed up nicely late last week.
