If these companies do want to invest in TNG I don't believe it will happen until after TNG has it's mining licence and the board can say it has reached the point where a final investment decision can be made.
Most financiers would require it, I suspect, hence the huge discount given to this Indian company, Vimson Group.
Once all the necessary milestones have been reached any finance, I believe, will be more in keeping with the SP at the time, and possibly at a premium, as the risks specific to TNG , as opposed to any global risks, will have been negated.
If these companies do want to invest in TNG I don't believe it...
