You didn't miss it and I suspect it will be unmissable when it happens.The words 'in principle' need to be inserted after the word finalized, although that would be an oxymoron. Just more of the same typically disingenuous crap that materializes pre AGM every year.
Now that 93M shares have been strategically issued to a single entity pre AGM,the status quo shall prevail.
Last SPP there was quite a lot of support from share holders,but absent some genuinely material news pre closing date,I suspect support this time around will be somewhat less.
