Interestingly it was held down on the close by the 2nd seller in the stack who must have been using an algo bot. I put in a buy which would have tipped the close to 0.375, they immediately upped their sell by my buy size plus one share to keep it pegged at 37. When I pulled my sell their buy dropped by the same amount it went up. Almost all of the buy stack is left at 37. You can see the tell tale "2 extra" trade in the closing trade list:

If they were a true seller, it would have made more sense for them sell a few shares less and get 0.375 for the 90 odd thousand, instead of a few extras to only get 0.37.

Only reason I can think of for this behavior is they're not finished their buying yet and want to keep a lid on the price of the open tomorrow.

Good finish anyway even if we couldnt close on 38.5c.
