When board games take place, and one set of parties holds close to, or more than 50% of SOI, it causes holder a degree of heightened awareness.
Is there any risk (just for instance) that the company could be taken private (delisted to private owners) by a vote of shareholders who already hold more than 50% of entity?
I am unsure what options might exist for new management, when they also are majority shareholders.
Any thoughts would be welcomed.
