Good questions Macro, it's certainly very quiet from day to day. I can only assume it's 1. stale bulls over the past year or so and 2. no new investors in the current climate and until/when SYG is re-rated from specie status.

As for management not buying just now, one possible explanation is that ASX Listing Rules are clear about "trading windows" for insiders, which I think includes buying (and holding) too close in time to market sensitive announcements.

But there may well be better explanations - just my idle thoughts - Do Your Own Research.
