positive mention in yesterdays fin

Adacel has been knocked around a bit over the last few trading days because of skittishness on the global markets and the fact that Adacel is thinly traded.

Now that global markets are stabilizing again, Adacel's SP should recover. The 90 day moving average is still heading in the right direction.

On page 25 of Tuesaday's FIN, Adacel was included in a group of small cap stocks that released better than expected half year results – see "Small gems shine the brightest." Slowly but surely, the media, analysts, and brokers are starting to take note of Adacel.

For the 07 Dec half, Adacel acheived a NPAT of $3.3mill. If the company can achieve the same level of profit for the June half (which looks very realistic given increased annuity revenue and recent contract wins), then the full year result would be $6.6mill. If $6.6mill is in the ball park, then ADA is currently trading on a forward PE of just 7.5. And the company has already said that it expects further growth in FY08 (see outlook statement in the half year results).
