A bottom may be in place for U, but not necessarily for individual companies.  WUC  just hit a new 52-week low of $1.33 CAD.

The bad news keeps coming.  During Q3, two leases at Hansen/Taylor Ranch were forfeited.  The State of Alaska is going after WUC for a new reclamation surety bond of $150k on the cancelled coal leases.  The owner of the African deposit that had WUC ablate an ore sample in Q1 has not followed up.  And the CDPHE has yet to issue its determination on ablation licensing.

On the plus side, WUC settled the defaulted mortgage on the AT warehouse in Casper by signing over the land, building, and equipment.
