Oh yes - one more point to add to my previous post on an earlier thread;

A capital raising will guarantee we have the necessary funds to proceed with the upcoming events!

Perhaps a minor and very temporary dip in share price (maybe) but - the main thing to take away from this, is that this new source of funds BUYS TIME!

WHL and share holders, can now proceed with the cash and and confidence, with reduced time pressures while near term events unfold!

I am certain all of the recent professional investment reports and newsletters, were more than aware of the likleyhood of a near term capital raising, prior to their recommendations - but obviously were confident this is a common, small step in the process towards near term goals!

There is also the possibility, of course, there may be another follow up announcement re further progress or developments. Things are happening!
