Stlamc, my apologies, my post was not in reply to yours. I have very little interest in the EBIT of G8's centres, I am very confident with the control they have on costs but do not have the same confidence in their ability (at present) to improve organic growth through occupancy.

The Like or Like Occupancy growth during the year 2014 was as follows:

Acquisitions acquired per 2011 growth 0.37%
Acquisitions acquired 2011 growth 1.59%
Acquisitions acquired 2012 growth 0.18%

Imo those figures could be improved. No figures are available for the 2013 acquisitions. There is significant room for growth.

Quingees, I bought in after the announcement of the appointment of the new chairman and the engagement of another audit firm.

However, there are a few things that I will be monitoring closely. Happy to detail my areas of concern if you wish.

IMO there has been a 'reeling in' at G8, along the lines of, if you need this, we're happy to help but these are the conditions, i.e. appointment of a new chairman and engagement of new auditors. Both of those appointments are positive.

There is plenty opportunity to increase occupancy in both large corporates and Anchorage purchasing Affinity will see shareholders judging the performance and monitoring the growth of both of these large corporates closely.

They now have to shake of the ghost of JH and IMO the new chairman will prove very capable of such a task.
