    The author mentioned the discouraging number of only three implants in 0 13.

    He did'nt mention the 13 ml response to first news of C-Pulse in only six cities which could and should result in some meaningful recruitment numbers and a likely change in the price.

    So on balance the article overall was more negative than positive in my opinion.
