Just thinking about your question, as I understand it the enquirer down loads a questionnaire
from the company web site and if the applicant appears to be suitable this information is
presumably passed on to the surgeon for his or her assessment.
Am reluctant to contact Dave Rosa at the present time, he said he was personally receiving
200 emails a day since the promotion and that was a couple of weeks after the promotion. No doubt some of those are from potential patients.
