Funding usually comes 6-12 mths after BFS. I'm assuming between Oct 2013 - April 2014.
Zinc stock depletion = zinc price shooting up = easy funding facilitation
Funding is still possible in this tight market, recent Zinc projects funding from China bank this year.
1) MMG dugald river zinc project in Qld ($1b funding went ahead)
