The last time they (NFC & China Development Bank) ganged up together in March 2013, they bought 50% of East Siberia Zinc Mine (Ozernoye). Chinese is very good at buying cheap investments for the future.

Don't worry & be patient, when the right announcement comes SP will speak for itself. Profitable investment does not happen overnight. Sirius went up from $0.05 to $5 in less than a year, I believe IBG has more potential than SIR. Sorry I post to much, too obsessed in finding the next "Sirius".
