They are running out of cash and he is putting out some spin to lure in those gullible investors to feed his lifestyle, he really should be taken to task. Even if a big announcement was imminent, he really shouldn't be revealing this inside information a week early. They have never delivered a positive result in 30 years, it would be quite exceptional and highly improbable if he pulled a genuine project making development out the hat now.
