Let's face it, those of us that lost money on SGH, would want the company to survive.
If banks do not cooperate, SGH is going down. All these talk about lawsuits and compensations, where are we going to get the money from? WIP? Those will simply walk out of the door to another firm the minute SGH goes into VA. Suing AG and the directors? How much do you think THEY have since all their assets are tied up in SGH shares? Maurice Blackburn won't even start the proceeding if they know SGH is going down, it won't worth the effort they will have to put in.
Anyway, at this stage, what any of us thinks is pretty irrelevant, what's going to happen will happen irrespective of us bickerings. Good luck is all there is to say, I guess.
