Positive news flow, page-1148

So three out of ten of NOR's top holders have locked up even more of their or their client's money in an illiquid stock with no immediate prospect of releasing it? Hardly seems like a resounding endorsement for them?

I guess a more positive perspective one could take if questioning the sanity of the greater investing community is that 7 out of 10 of Nor's top holders have resisted the urge to throw good money after bad and although they too have no immediate prospect of getting their money back if they wanted to at least they haven't added to it.
