Your ongoing negative hints and suggestions are so predictable.
You have tried to find negatives in a company doing something like this, suggesting "there's nothing in it for the company, so why would they?"
That has already been proven incorrect, also by wanty (a non holder, who is often very negative in previous posts).
Now you move on to the next, hinting shareholders wouldn't vote for it?
While all options holders would obviously be for it - assuming spark $ and deals are likely - don't you think the main shareholders are also major option holders?
Do you really think Paul would vote against it, if it was raised?
Do you really think shareholders (without ops) would vote against, when it would lessen the likelihood of major players moving the SP up beyond a strike price? Surely no-one would vote against that little incentive.. just like we've been hoping news by now would help push the price to where big players were in the money, not holding the price down and accumulating.
