I have asked the question weeks ago.. and expressed the frustration of all loyal holders who have been done over year after year.
We lost out completely on previous options, after always been given the expectation of getting ops in play. Same again with Noroa.

Paul to support it, even though he doesn't hold noroa, as anyone who has had contact with him over recent years knows he is a dedicated and genuinely decent CEO
As an aside, there is a reason why PO does not hold NOROA... it would require him to put his hand in his pocket. But why would he when he gets freebie oppies.
