Many companies have done it, but DD had to immediately downramp it all.. saying there would be no benefit to Nor, and he could only find a company doing it in 2012/13, therefore declares it won't happen!
Even wanty shut him down - a long term negative nor poster, a fellow sell/not held comrade made him look silly, again.
Anyone will half a clue about it, if anything was likely to happen, would expect to see an announcement any time between today and the next meeting announcement, NOT prior to last trading day of noroa.
DD has already declared nothing will happen though.. instead of waiting for any actual news like always jumps the gun with worst case negative predictions that are almost always wrong.
Probably gives noroa holders confidence that DD thinks it's all over
