In my opinion , this 4 month timeframe is important especially if we take into consideration the need for capital to fund expansion . NOROA options expire 31/10/20 . 86,517,151 NOROA options @ 0.08 if fully exercised will raise $6,921,372 in much needed capital . Norwood must achieve this goal , we are four and a half months away . With the current share price dramatically declining from 0.06 to 0.024 due to covid19 and the temporary rollout halt by Spark . I expect a flurry or revenue producing deals and partnership announcements . It will be important for the share price to be well beyond the strike price to ensure maximum participation and reward to existing shareholders . I expect Norwood to start pulling rabbits out of the hat in the near future, for the betterment of Norwood , shareholders , partners and telcos . DYOR , all in my opinion .
