Hey d_l_b, if you go down to subsection 5F.4 in DD post it seems fairly unambiguous.
"A Prospectus in respect of the proposed offer is due to be lodged on 13 November 2010"
The information in the prospectus has as much relevance to shareholders as it does to eligible ex-NOROA holders. How else are shareholders meant to make an informed decision their vote?
