Sorry DD , I can’t see the capital raise that you are referring , however I can see the option replacement . Your claim of this activity being a capital raise is purely to create a negative sentiment to suit your narrative . The fact is , the company acted upon the requests from retail shareholders willing to replace their existing positions with the new options . Other positives observed is that the share price remained steady during this period and that director’s were willing to participate . The fact that you shout out capital raise often and try and support such claims when untrue is misleading and boarder line deceitful .
