Directors seem to be throwing not only their own cash for WC by exercising options but also buying shares on market... I would not be too worried about their financial situation until February... Norwood has been through worse... It is just an announcement away from reversing its fate and getting back on the radar of retail investors... Your concerns seem to not weigh enough as a non-holder... But thank you for the heads-up...
