Dr Tarrant converted another 1,500,000 options , $36,000 went into Norwood’s bank account . Remember these options are for services , so they are considered wages and can be converted during blackout periods .

The notice also shows that his account also purchased 262,661 shares on market at an average just above $0.028 . This purchase could be via a third party such as Alto Capital , as there maybe an approved purchase plan in place , again meaning that they can be purchased during a blackout period .
