Anyone that likes this post...should be banned and do an acceptance test in order to have a share account.
If the Sp was $1, he could still convert for 2.4c.
If the SP goes back to 1c.....he would never convert.
The reason for conversion is fill the kitty or increase his stake and perhaps get leverage on PO or both.
