It seems like he is having a punt on a spec. We don't know how big a punt this is for Tarrant as we don't know his net wealth.

Like everyone else, not all of Tarrant's investments have worked out. Research his Canadian stocks for example.

And not all sophs are immune to poor decisions. Look at Theranos as a prime example.

What is clear for me is PO knows how to sell NOR as an investment. He sold his vision to all those who invested 10's of millions in Norwood 1.0. He sold his vision to the Caseys, who then saw the light, and to Holla/Howler/Doz who still wave the pom-poms. And now he has sold his vision to Tarrant.

What is also clear is all 8 previous attempts to commercialise the vision has failed.

1. Norwood 1.0 was sold for GBP200k

2. Corona I made sales to ASX300 co's but then the numbers disappeared in the Annual Report (a familiar theme: Infosys deals)

3. WP has negative margins as NOR gave free credit

4. Corona II did nothing

5. WP WiFi a 'me too' product

6. WP Message: see above

7. WP Secure 100+ downloads in the Play store. But check out the pump as it was released. All the EU banks would need it because of legislative changes, PO said and the perma-bulls parroted. lol

8. WP VM has achieved 0.6% of PO's $100m ARR target. The business model failed (shared revenue)

CogVoice is a joke. Not even the perma-bulls can put up a Use Case for it. The same perma-bulls who talked up WP VM, said it would bring in millions but wouldn't actually use it themselves. This was a big tell.
