Thanks for your question Swag . The Doc has purchased 19.98% of Norwood Systems and once he convert’s his options he will own 25.98% . The Doc was so impressed with the company , the management and the direction the company was taking , he quickly decided to move from sophisticated investor to taking a seat on the board . The Doc is expecting an Australian tier 1 telecommunication contract announcement . It seems clear to me that he is extremely confident with his investment , as he continually provides financial security and does not hesitate to buy on market . Without doubt it is clear that the Doc is expecting Norwood Systems to be taken over , with one of the front runners , being either Infosys or Microsoft . So confident is the Doc , that he has encouraged numerous relatives and family members to invest in NOR .

Summary : The Doc is planning to make a financial killing with his NOR investment , the type of investment that will create generational wealth for his family .
