I sold NOR in early 2016 to take back my capital and profits. I have been free-carried since. It was a mistake to not take it all off the table back then.
The only price target I have certainty around is 0.00 when NOR goes into VA.

How long have you been on HC and yet you still have trouble understanding the term "sentiment"? Once you understand this term, you will have the answer to your question.
But I am confused by the "Covid delay" bit. What has been delayed exactly? NOR's business model is busted; they have a 100% failure rate when it comes to monetising white-labeling VM due to Spark offering it as a freebie to contracted customers.
Further, NOR AR20 Highlights states:
"COVID-19 financial impact has stabilised, with limited productivity disruption as a result of a smooth transition to working from home operations"
No mention of "delay" in the entire AR20 nor the Jun Q. Please provide a source for your reasoning.
If anything, Covid has been a financial boon for NOR. As per AR20, NOR received $108k in government grants as a direct result of Covid. Without this begging bowl, NOR would only have $44k in the bank as at the end of FY20. It is worth noting NOR reported $179k cash in June Q but $152.7k cash in the audited accounts. Nearly 20% difference. That is quite the discrepancy. Oops!
