Dear Shareholders,

For your interest, we would note that Dave Sammut, Corporate Development Manager for Intec Ltd, will be presenting a paper at the up-coming Australasian Industrial Ecology Conference 2011, which will be held in the Hunter Valley, NSW at the end of July. The presentation, entitled "A New Light for Heavy Metals", is currently scheduled for the early-afternoon session on Friday, 29 July 2011.

It is anticipated that an associated technical paper will be offered alongside the presentation, and will be published in conjunction with the standard ASX announcement immediately prior to the presentation.

The abstract for the presentation is as follows:

"The treatment and disposal of zinc-bearing Spent Pickle Liquor from the hot-dip galvanizing industry generates thousands of tonnes of landfill waste around Australia every year. Beyond the direct economic costs of treatment and landfill levies, the environmental cost of wasting all of this re-useable zinc and acid is significant.

Intec Ltd is approaching the final phase of implementing Australia's first zero-waste recycling facility for SPL. This presentation will provide a case study of the technology development from the laboratory to implementation, and the up-to-date status of the project."
