Yeah i thought it might pull back as well , but i didn't sell any either.

With the comment about Otsuka buying in at 12 Cents this gives a great indication of what they think.

Now my calculations may be slightly mad but......

if i was investing an original $3 million in shares plus an additional $25 million for the 50/50 split of the venture.

From the $3 million in shares i would want that money to pay for the additional investment as well. Now we know this is going to be longer term so looking at 2 years or so

3,000,000 / 0.12 = 25,000,000 shares

To Recoup $ 28,000,000 ( $3m + $25 m)

share value target 28,000,000 / 25,000,000 = $1.12 per share.

Given the time frame etc i reckon this is a very achievable target.
