Re-reading the Hard Rock Finance announcement of October 17, the end of page 4 & beginning of page 5 tells us Mr.G has some extremely experienced people now on board with strong financial & previous International Finance Corporation (IFC) dealings.

Accordingly, I expect we will see the IFC come back to the table before too long and still too early to dismiss German Banks Kfw & DEG from a comeback either.
