Don't concern yourself with debt, my brokering account allows me to stack buy or sell side with false bids, look at market depth either direction only 1/3 bids possibly real.
29c will be good indicator of strength, if it close above that value and accumulate in low/mid 30s would be bullish move.
Of course with the media hyping the fiscal cliff every day all bets are off. :-)
