There is no need at this stage for EGA to do a CR. What we need is some stability in the board and then a plan developed on how we can advance the project without a CR. In the event SLR ends up with ~30% then I suspect this plan will involve talking to SLR about how EGA and SLR can best work together, but if SLR doesn't want to play nice then EGA needs to develop an alternative plan. The great thing about EGA is it doesn't need a huge amount of cash to just get the mine re-opened and toll treat.
