Well - what a surprise - you coming out of the "closet".
I guess you are probably very long of MMX and also of course you are the "smart" spokesperson for the stock.
If all you say had any credence and expressed in value the stock wouldn't be where it is.
Put the litigation matter aside for a while and look at what is currently happening.
MMX is struggling with the infrastructure project and that is unquestionable - it is all in the public arena. Oakajee is delayed by at least 6 months + add all the ridiculous red tape that the mining industry has to put up with via state and federal interaction and this delay could be significantly longer.
CHM - Cape Lambert are clearly backing this minnow so that the gold prospects (particularly Palm Springs) can go forward and don't rule out other resource assets going into the company.
I am sure MMX will survive and ultimately prosper but it may be a different looking company both in terms of management and partnership/investment.
My thoughts only and trying to add value as opposed to vitriolic nonsense.
