Sniffer - I have heard some suggestion that the first contracts for the actual supply of Waterpower units in China may in fact be very close. Was this your understanding at all? The new major shareholder (at 12c I think) is connected or owns Tongli Industries in China who manufacture various types of machinery and could apparently start "spitting" out the Waterpower units pretty quickly if required. Apparently the technology works but at this point may not be really suited to the heavy duty very large factory type waste treatment. The way China is developing you would think the market for the Waterpower units especially for customers such as Hotels etc would be huge. And regarding the actual manufacture of the units - China of course is the place to make them.
