Thought I would make a general thread for those who have a positive outlook on property rather than all the 'bubble' talk, where we can share thoughts, news etc.

I get quite a bit of good content (reports) I'd be happy to share with others if interested. I should be able to help with any questions related to property finance too.

I'm looking at buying in Perth at the moment, I see a lot of value in the bigger blocks in less attractive areas. My view remains that Perth's population will continue to grow, there are just so many developments going on.

Melbourne interests me, the yields are lower than Perth but I feel there is more room for growth.

Have we seen the bottom in Queensland? Have heard some terrible stories about people losing money there.
