Can you make a comment on the Perth market ? We all expected it to slow down post GFC . Considering the mining industry shifting from construction to production , I thought Perth may have dropped off but it appears to doing quite well .
Do you think that the oil and gas sector has picked up the slack from mining ?
A data question . Is there any where we can get price trend data similar to the type you can get from share trading sites such as commsec ?
The well known property data providers are very expensive and don't really provide the type of chart information that I'm after.
