Indeed, the urban sprawl continues in Perth and a lot of older houses in suburbs closer to the city have been or are rezoned. I see a lot of house behind house subdividing and also complete demolish and and number of villas built. There is obviously demand for smaller home on small blocks closer to the city centre.
If investing I'd say these suburbs offer the better capital growth than the outer suburbs and if your up to it doing a development can turn a nice profit
