    Any current shareholder who takes part in the new issue is going to have their current holding diluted! BY 20%!!

    Those current shareholders who do not take part in the new issue are also going to have their holdings diluted by 20%!!

    BUT, why would you buy new shares @ $.005 when they were being offered, on-market,today, @ $.004 ?
