In trying to look smart, you have made a complete fool of yourself.

You said your dilution is the same whether you take part or not, which is utter rubbish

In fact, your post is proving MY point. If you don't take part, you own less of the company, which is exactly what I'm saying.

If you take part, you end up owning the same % of the company as you did before the cap raising whereas if you don't, your holding is smaller

Please go and educate yourself or at least learn to read and digest what others are saying before running off at the mouth with nonsense
