    I have,today, received and skimmed the 'Entitlement Issue Prospectus"..

    I would suggest that all current shareholders read the
    "Details of the Offer"..Section 5.8, page 11.

    'Dilution and Effect on Control of the Company'...

    Most of the wording is of fewer than three syllables,thus facilitating understanding by even those who move their lips while perusing!!
